Anthony Torres C.HT.

Anthony Torres has been working professionally in the fields of hypnotherapy, personal development, and mind-body performance since 2009. He is an honors graduate, and past instructor, of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the first nationally accredited college for hypnotherapy in the United States.

Known for his calm presence, detail-focused mind, and practical approach, Anthony’s work emphasizes clarity, emotional steadiness, and the development of mental habits that support long-term personal and professional growth.

Over the past fifteen years, Anthony has conducted more than 10,000 sessions and consultations, building a full-time practice largely through word-of-mouth referrals. His work focuses on helping individuals and organizations reduce stress, strengthen mental clarity, and develop internal patterns that support resilience, confidence, and consistent performance.


In addition to his clinical work, Anthony provides mind coaching and wellness consulting services for professionals, teams, and organizations seeking to improve focus, communication, and performance under pressure. Drawing from his experience in subconscious behavioral change and mind-body awareness, his presentations and workshops help individuals and groups better understand how internal patterns influence performance, decision-making, and overall well-being.
