My health and wellness consulting work focuses on helping clients restore and strengthen the body’s natural capacity for vitality. Through a combination of nutritional guidance, cleansing protocols, physical conditioning practices, and lifestyle refinement, I work with my clients to create practical systems that support higher levels of energy, resilience, and long-term well-being.
